We were referred to Sean by our credit union to buy our first home. He was wonderful. It just so happened that he grew up in the town we were buying in so he had a lot of inside knowledge that was helpful for us. Since he had previously worked for the credit union he was able to really work with the them behind the scenes to help the process run smoothly. We got the house we loved for the price we wanted to pay. He got us help with closing costs paid for by the seller and credit to pay for some costly repairs.
